Sara and Ray's amazing barn wedding!

From the minute I heard about Sara and Ray's wedding I knew I wanted to photograph it... I mean come on - a giant barn, an outdoor wedding near a spring fed pond, local foods, and two people totally in love. 

Ray and Sara share a love for camping and rock climbing (Did you see Sara's arms? I am totally envious!) they also share a love for Sharma - Sara's beautiful 12 year-old Shepherd mix, live music, rocks shaped like hearts, good friends, and of course one another ... 

Will and I were honored to spend Labor Day weekend with this fantastic couple! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How Photographers have fun - Part 3!

Here was my idea: Get together with a hair dresser and make-up artist, borrow some dresses from a local wedding store, collect a few cool props, track down some models, and do a wedding photo shoot. 
As a photographer I was thrilled with this idea because I could try out different poses and editing techniques - without any stress or pressure... Just for fun!!! 
The day was FABULOUS - we had two "brides" and groom, and a flower girl. 
This post will includes photos of Tracey - WOW - doesn't she look AMAZING!! 
In a few days I will post the photos of the flower girl - they are equally stunning.
